Chris Brown Appears In UK Court Over Alleged Bottle Attack In Nightclub
Chris Brown remanded in custody after being charged with grievous bodily harm relating to an alleged incident in a London nightclub in 2023.
He was denied bail and has been remanded in custody until June 13, when a hearing is scheduled to take place at Southwark Crown Court in London. Prosecutor Hannah Nicholls said the incident involved an “unprovoked attack,” during which the alleged victim was struck with a bottle, punched, and kicked. Per press reports, Brown appeared at Manchester Magistrates’ Court wearing a black T-shirt and jogging bottoms, speaking to confirm his name, date of birth, and giving the Lowry Hotel as his address.
