Chris Brown Pleads Not Guilty To Grievous Bodily Harm Charge At London Court Appearance

The 36-year-old singer was arrested at 2 AM at the Lowry Hotel in Greater Manchester.

Prosecutor Hannah Nicholls said the incident involved an “unprovoked attack,” during which the alleged victim was struck with a bottle, punched, and kicked. Under the bail agreement, the singer must stay at an address in the UK while awaiting trial, and was ordered to surrender his passport to police. Brown’s co-defendant Omolulu Akinlolu, a 38-year-old American who performs under the name HoodyBaby, also entered a not guilty plea this morning to the charge of grievous bodily harm, the BBC reported.
