The White Lotus star and Appleton first sparked dating speculation in February 2023 when they shared vacation pics together at the St. Regis Punta Mita Resort in Mexico. He confirmed his relationship with actor Lukas Gage in March 2023 and Us Weekly exclusively broke news of their engagement the following month, shortly before they said “I do” in Las Vegas. Appleton filed for divorce from Gage, 29, just six months later, citing “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for their split in court documents obtained by Us.
