Chloe Madeley shared a candid postpartum snap on Tuesday and revealed how she transformed back into her toned self - two years after the birth of her daughter Bodhi.
It came after James was snapped on a romantic dinner date with Helen at Knightsbridge restaurant Clap with MailOnline revealing he had been seeing the stunning 34-year old - who bears a striking resemblance to Chloe - for just over a year. James has been commenting on Helen's Instagram photos, labelling her 'fit' as their online flirting ramps up a gear with things becoming more serious in recent months with the pair enjoying an increasing number of dates and spending time at each other's houses. 'James's work and his love of DJing means nothing is straight forward, and Helen has two kids, so it's harder to simply down tools and visit him abroad when he's playing in some cool nightclub overseas.
