Chile’s Rizoma and Atlanta-Based Condeco Launch Rizco Content Sales (EXCLUSIVE)
In a bid to tap growing interest in Spanish-language content, Chile’s Rizoma and Ángel Zambrano’s Condeco have launched Rizco Content Sales.
“With the advent of streaming platforms and the subsequent increase in demand for Spanish-language content, there has been a boom in production across Latin America and Spain,” Zambrano told Variety. Said Freund: “This partnership, with a focus on international sales, opens up endless possibilities for regional productions in the audiovisual market—whether films, series, third-party projects, or co-productions. Additionally, Rizoma produced the most-watched film in Chilean cinema history, “Stefan vs Kramer,” which sold over two million admissions in local theaters and was licensed by Netflix and Prime Video.
