Chernin Entertainment Developing Boxing Pic ‘Tomato Can’ From Writer Michael Brandt; Jamie Foxx’s Foxxhole To Produce
Boxing pic 'Tomato Can' is in the works from producer Jamie Foxx, writer Michael Brandt, and Chernin Entertainment.
The co-writer and executive producer of Lionsgate’s recent Mark Wahlberg pic Arthur the King, Brandt also previously co-wrote the tentpoles Wanted and 2 Fast 2 Furious. Most recently, Foxxhole Productions has worked on titles like the Dawn Porter doc Luther: Never Too Much; Prime Video’s legal drama The Burial, starring Foxx and Tommy Lee Jones; and Aristotle Torres’ indie drama Story Ave starring Asante Blackk and Luis Guzmán. The company also produces Fox’s police procedural Alert: Missing Persons Unit, which has been renewed for a third season.
