On Friday, the SNL50: The Homecoming Concert was hosted by Jimmy Fallon at the iconic Radio City Music Hall to kick off a weekend full of glitzy festivities like celebrity-packed parties and high-profile reunions. In honor of the milestone, SNL did not air a live show on Saturday and instead re-aired its first-ever episode from October 11, 1975 — featuring then host George Carlin and guests Billy Preston and Janis Ian. Former SNL stars anticipated to make an appearance include: Adam Sandler, Amy Poehler, Andy Samberg, Chris Rock, Eddie Murphy, Fred Armisen, Jason Sudeikis, Jimmy Fallon, Kate McKinnon, Kenan Thompson, Kristen Wiig, Maya Rudolph, Molly Shannon, Pete Davidson, Seth Meyers and Tina Fey.
