Charlotte's post comes after a rather hectic end of 2023 for the mum-of-two, with her fiancé Matt Sarsfield being hospitalised in December, just weeks after their son Jude had a terrifying hospital dash. The reality TV star explained that Matt suffered complications after an operation and wound up in hospital for several days, leaving her to be a "solo parent" which she found "really tough".
