Heavily pregnant Charlotte Dawson has addressed the 'trolling' she's been receiving on Instagram after posting a before and after photos of herself on social media
The TV personality gave fans a snippet inside her life as a mum of two, she wore a bra and leggings with her hair tied up in a messy bun.
