But days later, she shared a sweet black and white photo of Jake cuddling their newborn daughter as she then confirmed the birth. Just days before she was due to give birth, Charlotte opened up about her love for her daughter, while also revealing the sweet reason why she couldn't wait for her pregnancy to be over.
