The neighbor who attacked Charlie Sheen at his Malibu home last December is seeking to overturn the case citing 'incompetency' despite previously pleading no contest.
Schrock, who was living in a rented two-bedroom unit on the third floor, was arrested that day and charged with 'felony assault by means of force likely to produce great bodily injury' over the altercation in the upscale star-studded California coastal enclave.
