Charli XCX says her next album 'will probably be a flop' but admits she's 'down for it' after Brat success
The singer, whose real name is Charlotte Emma Aitchison, reached a major career milestone with the release of her sixth album last year.
Speaking to Culted at the Cannes International Film Festival, she said: 'I don't really feel the pressure to create another record like 'Brat' because when I was making it, even though I really believed in it and totally knew what I wanted to do with it, I had no idea how it would be received. Flashing a hint of her taut midriff, the beauty teamed her top with a skimpy navy mini skirt featuring a distressed hem, all while enjoying a Magnum ice cream. Cannes, where filmmakers, sales agents and journalists gather from around the world, is the Olympics of the big screen, with its own golden prize, the Palme d'Or, to give out at the end.
