The singer, 32, was beaten by Taylor Swift , The Weeknd and Billie Eilish with the Cruel Summer songstress dominating for a second year in a row.
Charli released a series of hits including 365 and Apple which were accompanied by viral TikTok dances as well as a remix follow up album with guest feature such as Billie Eilish who she collaborated in on Guess. The Fancy singer has divided critics and fans alike and despite making waves on social media, has struggled to translate that in to streams and her SNL performance (pictured) brought in the smallest audience this season While Charli didn't seem to make the cut, Canadian hitmaker The Weeknd was named the second most-streamed artist of the year while Puerto Rican rapper and singer Bad Bunny took the third spot.
