Charli XCX Gives Bowen Yang’s ‘Brat’ Cosplay on ‘SNL’ Her Official Seal of Approval
Charli XCX commended Bowen Yang for his cosplay of her in a 'Saturday Night Live' skit about her popular album 'Brat,' including a very accurate wig.
Surrounded by Brat- green set props, he adopted her British accent and chaotic banter with Troye Sivan, played here by Sarah Sherman. He also ran through an interview segment with Susanne Bartsch (Jean Smart), Kaitlan Collins (Chloe Fineman), and Jasmine Crockett (Ego Nwodim) while grilling them about global political conflicts and Snoop Dogg joining The Voice. Jelly Roll was the first musical guest of the season and upcoming appearances from Coldplay, Stevie Nicks, Billie Eilish, and Chappell Roan have been announced.
