Charades Inks Deal With U.S. Buyer Altered Innocence For Cannes Queer Musical ‘Queens Of Drama’
The film charts the rise and fall over two decades of star-crossed lesbian pop singers Mimi Madamour and Billie Kohler.
Jaffe commented: “Having already distributed two of their short films, Alexis Langlois was already one of my favorite young directors working in France. Queens of Drama is glittery and wild, but also one of the most heartfelt queer love songs to pop divas I’ve ever seen”.
