In a Rolling Stone exclusive clip of her Call Her Daddy interview, out Tuesday, the pop artist reflected on how “restricted” she felt in her youth and why her younger self would not believe who she is now. The singer opened up to Rolling Stone in a 2024 cover story about learning to deal with shame around her sexuality. “It took a lot of unlearning, and there’s still things I’m still confused about, and [it’s] why I feel so uncomfortable being gay sometimes,” she said at the time.
