Chappell Roan Dresses as Statue of Liberty at NYC's Gov Ball, Gives Emotional Speech About 'Freedom'

Check out the speech...

Chappell Roan is one of the most exciting up-and-coming acts in the music industry right now and she took over Governor’s Ball with an incredible performance this weekend. The 26-year-old singer dressed up as the Statue of Liberty to perform at the music festival on Sunday (June 9) at Flushing Meadows Corona Park in New York City. Chappell noted that she was dressed “in drag” as the “biggest queen of them all” and she read a quote featured on the statue, “Give me your tired, your poor, your huddled masses, yearning to breathe free.”
