Chappell Roan Details New Single ‘The Giver’: ‘My Take on Cuntry’

Chappell Roan has announced the release date and other details for new single, 'The Giver.'

She began dropping breadcrumbs last month, when she offered an invite via her Instagram story to a listening party with a now-dead phone number that provided three snippets of the unreleased track, followed by Spotify-sponsored billboards across the country. The country song, which she debuted on Saturday Night Live last November, was written by her and her longtime collaborator, producer-songwriter Daniel Nigro. “I grew up listening to it every morning and afternoon on my school bus and had it swirling around me at bon fires, grocery stores and karaoke bars.”
