Channing Tatum Praises Ryan Reynolds For Taking A Gamble On Gambit
"I thought I had lost Gambit forever," actor Channing Tatum writes in an emotional message on Instagram.
Tatum was attached star in a Gambit stand-alone X-Men spin-off film back in 2014, but the project was scuttled in 2019 with the acquisition of 21st Century Fox by Disney. Tatum’s message was accompanied by two side-by-side photos of himself and Reynolds taken at two Comic Cons separated by ten years. “I sat in the audience when Ryan Reynolds showed his first peek of Deadpool 1 to the world and I think I ran back stage right after and found him and I think I just hugged him and was like holy shit you did it man.
