Us Weekly confirmed in August 2021 that the pair had started dating, shortly after Kravitz’s divorce from Karl Glusman was finalized, after meeting on the set of her directorial debut, Blink Twice (originally titled Pussy Island). Williams, for her part, was married to singer-songwriter Phil Elverum when she started working on the FX miniseries Fosse/Verdon, which Thomas Kail directed. “They both thought the other was cool, fun and attractive, but never acted on it because they were never single,” a source told Us in August 2021, confirming that they were officially dating after several PDA-filled outings.
