Channel Seven shake-up continues as 7News Sydney gets a brand new lineup of presenters
Channel Seven has announced their Sydney weekend news will a have fresh look.
The troubled network has confirmed weather presenter Angie Asimus will be co-anchor of the 6pm bulletin from Friday to Sunday alongside news veteran Michael Usher. Seven West Media slashed 150 editorial staff in a round of redundancies which claimed big names including Ghidella and Queensland veteran weatherman Paul Burt. The network has also axed veterans Robert Ovadia, Andrew Frampton and seasoned Melbourne crime reporter Cameron Baud, who is known among friends as the 'Harvester of Sorrow' due to his grim news beat.
