Channel Seven reporter calls out nasty trolls after her appearance is targeted in cruel online attack

Channel Seven journalist Cassie Zervos has slammed social media users after her appearance was trolled online.

The Aussie reporter, who had been covering a 'bizarre' court case involving a mother who confessed to stealing a dead person's toes to sell on the black market, was savaged online about her appearance. 'I remember sitting in the court room thinking, "Jeez... it was only two weeks ago we were celebrating International Women’s Day",” she told news.com.au. The reaction on social media prompted the journalist to speak out on TikTok in the hopes that others wouldn't be criticised for their appearance while doing their jobs.
