Ryan Coogler says Chadwick Boseman freaked out Disney execs by never breaking his T'Challa accent on the "Black Panther" set.
“Sinners” director Ryan Coogler appeared on a recent episode of “The Breakfast Club” (via People) and spoke highly of the late Chadwick Boseman ‘s commitment to his craft. Coogler noted that Boseman’s work ethic was to immerse himself in the character, so much so that he adopted T’Challa’s accent for the entirety of the “Black Panther” shoot. “Sinners” opens in theaters April 18 from Warner Bros.
