Celebrity Masterchef's Gregg Wallace 'eats 0.5kg' of breakfast item after 5st weight loss
Gregg Wallace, who lost five stone in weight, has opened up about his diet and the foods he eats for breakfast, including a rather large portion of a certain food
For breakfast, Gregg loves a traditional full English and also sticks true to his "proper South-East Londoner" roots with a pot of cockles with vinegar, pepper, and bread and butter. Further details emerged in April revealing that Gregg, who once tipped the scales at 16st 7lb, specifically cut out three things - "fried food, sugar and booze". Speaking to The Sun, he previously said: "When I was at my biggest I was having a daily fry up, fish and chips once per week, takeaway a couple more times and drinking beer nearly every day."
