Celebrity Big Brother legend James Hill has gotten engaged to his partner, Naomi Hibbert, in a stunning Dubai proposal, which was witnessed by their two young children. Lizzie Cundy also commented: "Wow," with a number of heart-eye emojis, whilst Love Island All Stars' Joshua Ritchie added: "Congrats brother." The first picture James shared showed him looking weary snuggled up in bed next to his young daughter and newborn son.
