Cat Deeley has only just started on ITV's This Morning... but now the BBC wants to poach her for a Saturday night prime-time entertainment show
Just weeks after Cat Deeley made her This Morning debut, BBC bosses are keen to lure her to the network to host an entertainment show.
Sources at the Beeb have revealed that following an ongoing 'tit for tat' row between the BBC and ITV over poaching one another's talent, some Corporation bosses are said to 'see the tremendous value' in hiring her. Just weeks after Cat Deeley made her This Morning debut, BBC bosses are keen to lure her to the network to host an entertainment show When Holly Willoughby - Ms Deeley's predecessor - hosted This Morning, she also anchored BBC show The Voice between 2012 and 2014 and in 2022, she presented Freeze the Fear with Wim Hof.
