Cassie’s Former Best Friend Said Diddy Assaulted Cassie on Several Occasions
The former Danity Kane member is there to back up Cassie’s claims from last week on the stand.
Sean “Diddy” Combs’s sex-trafficking trial continued Monday with Dawn Richard returning to the witness stand in Manhattan federal court. “He would punch her, choke her, drag her, slap her in the mouth,” Richard said about Diddy’s treatment of Casandra “Cassie” Ventura, whose abuse allegations are the focal point of prosecutors’ case against him. “I saw him kick her, punch her in the stomach.” Richard, who was in the Bad Boy Records girl group Danity Kane, started testifying late Friday, bolstering Cassie’s allegations.
