Carson Daly Reveals Why He and Wife Siri Daly Sleep in Separate Beds: ‘Sleep Divorce’
Carson Daly revealed that he and his wife, Siri Daly, sometimes sleep in separate beds, explaining that it's 'been good' for them to spend time apart.
When Siri was pregnant with their fourth child, Goldie, the pair opened up about their decision to sleep in separate beds. “I have sleep apnea, my wife’s pregnant and during a home renovation, we downgraded to a queen-size bed,” he said in November 2019 on Today. Carson stressed the importance of getting a good night’s rest to tackle the day’s work and parenting duties.
