The American actress, 59, has been busy on set in recent weeks filming the third season of the smash hit Sex and the City spin-off series.

Known for her iconic outfits, Sarah got into character as Carrie in a form-fitting blue midi dress embellished with sparkling silver diamante detailing while enjoying a night out on the town Celebrity designer Alex, best known for serving as a judge on Australia's Next Top Model, took to Instagram to share his delight over Sarah sporting one of his gorgeous gowns
