Caroline Roseman Exits Creative Director Post At ‘Big Brother UK’ Maker Initial To Pursue New York Role
Caroline Roseman is exiting Banijay UK's unscripted label Initial to relocate to New York.
“It’s been a brilliant 18 month journey as [Initial’s] Creative Director of Development with major new series commissions coming down the line that I’m hugely proud of and looking forward to watching in 2025 and beyond,” she added in a LinkedIn post. Initial also makes the long-running Soccer Aid fundraiser special for ITV, quiz show Tenable and a local version of Beauty and the Geek. Her credits include An Audience with Adele for ITV, Prime Video’s The One That Got Away, Encanto at the Hollywood Bowl for Disney+, gameshow Visual Suspect for TF1 in France and Sex Unzipped for Netflix.
