Carol Burnett, 90, to receive a lifetime achievement award at the 49th Gracie Awards honoring women in media


The 90-year-old actress became a pioneering TV star with her sketch comedy series The Carol Burnett Show in the 1960s and 1970s and has remained a showbiz mainstay ever since.

AWMF president Becky Brooks announced the lifetime achievement honoree, saying: 'Carol Burnett is a true icon of television and entertainment, whose impact spans decades and resonates with audiences of all ages.'
