Carey Mulligan In Talks To Join Greta Gerwig’s ‘Narnia’
Carey Mulligan is circling a role in the upcoming 'Narnia' Netflix movie from Greta Gerwig, sources have confirmed to Deadline.
As previously announced, others in the cast will include Daniel Craig as Digory’s uncle, Meryl Streep as lion Aslan the Great, and Emma Mackey as the White Witch. A three-time Oscar nominee, Mulligan was most recently seen starring in the critically acclaimed Sundance comedy The Ballad of Wallis Island from director James Griffiths, which Focus Features released in the U.S. in March. Also recently seen in the films Saltburn, Maestro, and Spaceman, she’ll next be seen starring opposite Oscar Isaac, Charles Melton, and Cailee Spaeny in the second season of Netflix’s hit series Beef.
