Carey Hart Apologizes to Wife Pink in Post Revealing Brutal Injury: 'Severed My Small Intestine from My Colon'

Pink's husband, motocross racer Carey Hart, revealed on Instagram that during practice on May 15 he 'severed my small intestine from my colon,' and had to be hospitalized. Hart also thanked Pink for sticking by his side, and revealed that their two kids visited him in the hospital.

On Saturday, May 17, the former professional motocross competitor — who has been dabbling in the sport again recently, per his social media — revealed in an Instagram post that he experienced a pretty serious injury while practicing two days earlier on May 15. In one, Hart posed for a mirror selfie with several bandages on his torso, and in another, he revealed what’s underneath them — more than 20 stitches, mostly along one large gash in the middle of his abdomen. On May 7, he shared several snaps of himself driving on a dirt path in full gear on Instagram and wrote, “Bicep is finally decent enough to turn some laps!!!!
