Cannes Film Festival Adds Jennifer Lawrence, Robert Pattinson’s ‘Die, My Love’ and Kristen Stewart’s ‘Chronology of Water’ to 2025 Lineup
The Cannes film festival has added XX films to the lineup, including Lynne Ramsay's "Die, My Love," starring Jennifer Lawrence and Robert Pattinson.
Cannes Film Festival has added several titles to the official selection, including Lynne Ramsay ‘s “Die, My Love,” a thriller starring Jennifer Lawrence and Robert Pattinson, as well as Kristen Stewart’s “The Chronology of Water” in Un Certain Regard and Ethan Coen’s “Honey Don’t” in the midnights section. “Die, My Love” was screened for the Cannes committee after the festival’s official press conference on Aprl 10, during which chief Thierry Fremaux unveiled the lineup. Alongside the key cast of “Die, My Love,” the fest will bring Tom Cruise for the premiere of “Mission: Impossible — The Final Reckoning;” Spike Lee’s “Highest 2 Lowest” with star Denzel Washington; Jodie Foster, who stars in Rebecca Zlotowski’s out-of-competition crime comedy “Vie Privée;” Josh O’Connor, who headlines Kelly Reichardt’s heist movie “The Mastermind” and Oliver Hermanus’ romance “The History of Sound” alongside Paul Mescal; Joaquin Phoenix, Emma Stone, Pedro Pascal and Austin Butler, who feature in Aster’s “Eddington”; and the cast of Anderson’s “The Phoenician Scheme,” which includes Benicio del Toro, Michael Cera, Tom Hanks, Bryan Cranston, Riz Ahmed, Benedict Cumberbatch and Scarlett Johansson.
