Candace Cameron Bure reveals how the holidays have changed as her kids have grown up while exclusively discussing her Great American Family movies with Closer.

While promoting her latest Great American Family movie, A Christmas Less Traveled, Candace, 48, tells Closer that the holidays have become “more meaningful” as her and husband Valeri “Val” Bure ’s children have “gotten older.” “It’s a day for family and friends, but I think because they are older it’s less and less about the presents,” the Full House alum explains of how her kids’ perspectives about the holiday have changed. She appears as a lawyer who returns home after inheriting part of a maple forest from her uncle, and she reconnects with a childhood friend played by Cameron, 55.
