Canada’s Green Ghost Media & France’s Tik Tak Productions Tie For Two-Series Deal
Green Ghost Media has tied with French studio Tik Tak Productions for a pair of children's TV series.
The pair has formed a joint venture to create preschool series Wonder Whiskers and tween toon based on author Chamalotte Johnson’s Wolfnight — L’élue d’Algatia fantasy universe. Wonder Whiskers is billed as capturing “the comedic energy of the classic team problem-solving preschool program” with a “modern, timely twist.” While plot details are scarce, the narrative will center on Montessori learning principles, which follow children’s interests as they develop. “We’re excited to be our own advocates in the marketplace and carve out new opportunities for marginalized creators,” said Randy Young, Owner and President of Green Ghost, who will be co-executive producer, director and co-writer on both projects.
