A source tells ET that there's nothing romantic between Cameron and Los Angeles-based esthetician Aubree Knight, who were spotted together the day after his split confirmation. The source tells ET that the General Hospital star and Knight are not dating; she is his esthetician and they were only grabbing lunch. At the time, Cameron shared that his doctor said his healthy diet and lifestyle kept it from "growing and spreading to other areas."
