Cameron Diaz Reveals If She’s Open To ‘The Mask’ Sequel
After Jim Carrey addressed the possibility of returning for a sequel to 1994's 'The Mask', Cameron Diaz revealed if she'd join him.
When asked if she’d reunite with Jim Carrey for a sequel to their 1994 superhero comedy film The Mask, the 4x Golden Globe nominee seemed ready to reprise her role as lounge performer Tina Carlyle. “If Jim’s on board, I mean, I’ve been riding those coattails from day one,” Diaz joked to Access Hollywood while promoting her acting comeback in Back in Action, now streaming on Netflix. Alan Cumming and Jamie Kennedy starred in the 2005 standalone sequel Son of the Mask, which was a critical and commercial flop.
