Calvin Harris Drops New Remix of His 2016 Rihanna Collab ‘This Is What You Came For’
The producer's "This Is What You Came For (Calvin Harris VIP Mix – Amazon Original)” edit is available only on Amazon Music.
The edit pares down the nearly four-minute original into a tighter two-and-a-half minute take, speeding up the BPM, adding some breathy effects on Rihanna’s vocal and transforming the drop into a tight, driving, percussion-forward release. That compilation included the original “This Is What You Came For,” along with 2018’s “One Kiss” with Dua Lipa, 2015’s “How Deep Is Your Love” with Disciples, 2023’s “Miracle” with Ellie Goulding, 2019’s “Giant” with Rag’n’Bone Man and 2019 edit of his own 2009 track “I’m Not Alone.” Since their respective release dates, the songs in the collection have been streamed more than nine billion times on Spotify alone.
