Caitlin Clark made a remark many took as a slam against her Indiana Fever coach.
Following Indiana’s 89-77 loss to the Seattle Storm on Friday night, Clark was asked about the best piece of in-game advice she received so far this season. That was red meat for the fans, who immediately took to social media to question Sides’ role on the team if she wasn’t giving advice. Sides and Clark had words during last Sunday’s game against the Chicago Sky, which may have strained the relationship.
