CAA Taps Former Hilton HR Boss Matthew Schuyler As Chief People Officer
CAA tapped former Hilton HR chief Matthew Schuyler as its Chief People Officer overseeing the agency’s human resources, talent management and development, workforce planning, recruitment, and diversity and inclusion functions.
Schuyler previously led global HR teams at Hilton Worldwide, Capital One, Cisco, and PwC. “Matt’s tremendous experience managing global HR functions at industry-leading companies speaks to his deep understanding of what makes organizations excel, including a motivated, high-performing workforce rooted in a culture that fosters career-long growth and opportunity,” said CAA President Jim Burtson. “CAA’s leadership and vision are … premised on a global group of immensely talented and diverse experts collaborating within a culture that encourages creativity, curiosity, and longevity.”
