Byker Grove star Terry Joyce passes away as colleagues lead tributes
Tributes have poured in for Byker Grove star Terry Joyce who has passed away, following a long career in popular shows such as Super Gran and Jimmy Nail's programme, Spender
He once appeared on the hit BBC series Byker Grove, joining as Gerry in the 1990s after previous roles in Super Gran and Jimmy Nail's popular programme, Spender, which aired from 1991-199 Terry had an impressive roster of credits, including the fire brigade drama Steel River Blues, Badger with Jerome Flynn, and more recently, the hit BBC sitcom Hebburn. Another heartfelt tribute on Facebook stated: "R.I.P a true hebburn lad ,a good friend and will be a huge miss keep cracking those jokes Terry Joyce."
