But Klum’s risqué outfit was so revealing that it took years before other daring celebrities followed in her gold-heeled footsteps — which, in reality, isn’t a look made for walking, sitting or even air kissing without the risk of a wardrobe malfunction. Having mastered the bejeweled bralette (in an 18-karat gold Tiffany & Co. bra at the 2019 Vanity Fair Oscars after-party), she took it even further at the 2021 Met Gala in a crystal mesh underwear set with a shimmering dress overlay by Saint Laurent Creative Director Anthony Vaccerello.
