Hollywood actress Skai Jackson dazzled on the red carpet on Monday evening. It is the first time she has been seen since making shocking abuse claims that he abused her.
The Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office informed the outlet that the case will not go forward due to Jackson not having any criminal history. This comes less than three months after he served a 90-day sentence for violating his parole from an earlier theft and weapon possession case as a juvenile at the Hamilton County Jail. At the time, police said in a report, reviewed by TMZ, that Burgin initially fled the scene when they approached him over a juvenile parole violation warrant.
