Bullion Enlists Carly Rae Jepsen for Dreamy New Single ‘Rare’
U.K. electronic artist Bullion enlists Carly Rae Jepsen for the new track "Rare," the first single off his upcoming album 'Affection.'
The producer, born Nathan Jenkins, and Jepsen previously collaborated on a pair of tracks (“Bends” and “Far Away”) that appeared on the singer’s 2022 LP The Loneliest Time; “Rare” firt emerged from those Toronto recording sessions. We started writing together over zoom sessions in lock down and then met in real life in Toronto, London and LA,” Jepsen said in a statement. Affection, due out April 26 via Ghostly International and available to preorder now, also features guest spots from Animal Collective’s Panda Bear (who appears on the album’s opening track “A City’s Never”) and Belgian singer Charlotte Adigéry.
