BTS Member Jin Will Be a Torchbearer at 2024 Paris Summer Olympics

BTS member Jin has been tapped to be a torchbearer at the 2024 Paris Olympics this summer.

The singer, who completed his mandatory military service in June, will take part in the Olympic torch relay to spread the message of "harmony" and "peace" Since Jin’s return, he announced he has plans to release a single and appear on television variety shows this year, Yonhap News Agency reported. Jin spoke with Rolling Stone in 2021 after taking a year off from touring due to the pandemic, and said the break gave him a chance to sleep, exercise, play games, watch movies, and reflect.
