BTS Member Jin Completes Military Service, Gets Discharged & Greeted by BTS Members!

The 31-year-old South Korean superstar was discharged from the military after serving under the 5th Infantry Division recruit training center in Yeoncheon County of Gyeonggi Province on Tuesday (June 12. The group’s agency BIGHIT MUSIC announced plans for an in-person event for this year’s “BTS FESTA,” the group’s anniversary celebration, in which Jin will be greeting fans and giving out hugs after his discharge. The group adorably posed for a photo as well, with balloons reading “JIN IS BACK” on social media, which quickly garnered over a million likes on Twitter (X) alone.
