Given the rumoured rift between the Beckhams and Prince Harry and Meghan Markle in recent years, it wasn't a shock when Brooklyn named the future king, aged 42, as the Royal he had spent the most time with. The tension is thought to have escalated when the Sussexes supposedly accused the Beckhams of leaking stories about them to the press, while Royal biographers suggested Meghan "didn't like the footballer's friendship with Prince William." Fresh rumours about their relationship surfaced in May 2024, when King Charles reportedly met with David Beckham to discuss his charity work while Prince Harry was also in the UK.
