Brooke Shields has revealed that Tom Cruise 'eventually' apologized for ranting about her use of antidepressants in a shock 2005 interview.
He added the drugs 'don't cure anything' and said: ''You can use vitamins to help a woman through those things' - leading Shields to hit back at the time and take aim at his Scientology beliefs: 'Has he had a baby? Cruise, now 61, was widely slammed when he weighed in on Shields, 59, admitting using the drugs during her battle with postpartum depression in book Down Came The Rain during a chat on The Today Show, He said: 'Where has her career gone?... 'A decade earlier — I might have even regretted sharing my story or felt insecure that maybe my career was stalling while a powerful male movie star was singling me out, sure that I’d never stand a chance in that fight.'
