On Friday, April 18, Shields marked her daughter's 19th birthday in a collection of sweet photos shared on Instagram. Last year, on Sept. 8, Grier made her debut at New York Fashion Week walking in the Tommy Hilfiger SS25 show — and Shields was sitting in the front row to cheer on her daughter. Both were decked out in apparel from the designer — Grier wore a sleeveless black dress, while Shields opted for a plaid miniskirt and tan trench coat.
